If for some reason you’re not satisfied with the service, then we are offering you a 100% money-back guarantee. The 100% refunds are only valid in the following circumstances:

  1. Student enrolls for and pays for a class, but the Tutor refuses to accommodate the Student. We will conduct a thorough investigation and 100% full refund will be returned to you within 5 working days*.
  1. Refunds will not be entertained once the Tutor accepts you as their student.
  1. Voucher booked is transferable to your friends or family, however it shall be subjected to the mutual agreement between you and the Tutor.
  1. If you encounter any difficulty in getting responses from the Tutor, email us at or call us at 019-219 6256 or 017-296 0834. Our friendly staff will assist you to resolve your concern.
  1. If you do not show up at your booked lesson, this will be considered as a no-show and we will not provide any refunds for the booking fees (20%).

*All refund related matters will be processed during working days. Saturdays, Sundays or MALAYSIA public holidays are not considered as “working days”.
